In the wake of the recent mass violence in Minnesota, we are offering an intentional process group for folks who are experiencing disorientation, activation, grief, or are wondering how the f*$! to hold their response to political violence. In these uncertain times, we need each other more than ever.

Join us on zoom for a virtual process group including somatic practices, honest and compassionate dialogue, and finding resource together. Our intention is to make space for discomfort as we process our emotional responses to witnessing violence in our community. We welcome your presence even if you do not feel inclined to verbally process with the group.
