Individual Therapy
Individual therapy includes an integrative approach to treating your mental health symptoms. We will begin with an intake evaluation aimed to assess your needs and provide context to your life experiences. Read more about my therapeutic modalities and approach here
I accept most major insurance companies through Namu Integrative Therapy Services and am otherwise self-pay only. My waitlist for new individual therapy clients is closed. Please check back soon for updates on my availability.
Current rates for self-pay therapy: $80-250 per hour
Clinical Supervision,
Training & Consulting
I am a BBHT approved supervisor and provide clinical supervision for those seeking LPC/LPCC licensure in the state of Minnesota. I currently have openings for individual supervisees and offer occasional somatically focused group supervision.
I offer consultations to a variety of health practitioners interested in incorporating somatic work into their practices, self-as-therapist relational work, and working with developmental trauma. I also provide training and consultations for business owners interested in improving their trauma sensitivity and neurodiversity affirming practices.
Current range for consulation:
-pre-licensed individuals: $70-140 per hour
-licensed individuals: $120-200 per hour
ADHD & Autism Assessments
We all deserve to know ourselves and we are the experts of our own experience. Modern psychology places the onus of pain on the individual while overlooking the harm inflicted by systemic power structures on our nervous systems. This often becomes an invisible barrier within mental health symptoms.
Highly masking folks, especially those with marginalized identities, benefit from a specialized and collaborative approach to assessment that centers lived experience through a qualitative process of evaluation.
As a licensed therapist, I have heard countless experiences of non-affirming assessment experiences, which inspired me to seek training in neurodivergent affirming assessment processes. I'm grateful to my mentors, Rachel Boggan, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP, CCTP of The Properties of Light and Lindsey Mackereth, LADC, LPCC of Method Counseling for their support in deepening my learning.
Rates for assessment:
ADHD Assessment: $800-$1000
Autism Assessment: $1200-$2000
